Tom Williams

I learned the value of physical fitness and training from my time in military service. I’m an ex-Navy pilot who has retired from a successful corporate career, and have stayed engaged in physical fitness throughout my life. I became an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer many years ago and have enjoyed guiding clients toward health and fitness.
Married, with grown children, I am grateful that some of my passion has been passed on not only to them, but they in turn have instilled this same feeling in their own offspring. Some have entered the fitness field and are leading their clients and families to healthy, active lives.

Retirement now allows me to concentrate on helping others improve their physical fitness. It’s very rewarding to see young athletes and adults increase stamina and gain confidence and strength through guided Mobility and Strength Training.
