Mobility strength training philiosphy
I have long believed that physical activity is necessary for your enjoyment of life. My desire is to help you improve your mobility and balance to prevent injuries and build strength. Whether your goal is participation in strenuous sports or having the ability to get down on the floor to play with your grandchildren, Mobility and Strength will add to your quality of life.
Studies published since the 90’s indicate physical exercise improves brain function in all ages from teens to adults. These facts also relate to the knowledge that any exercise slows down the loss of cognitive function in the elderly.
Mobility and Strength are equally important goals. Every training session will begin with a dynamic, full-body warmup, and end with a round of stretching and balance work.
Make the decision to improve your health, get stronger, and/or lose weight. Training is available in the John’s Creek and surrounding areas in the privacy of your own home, at a park, or your fitness center or gym. Work in a more relaxed atmosphere, fit exercise into your schedule, save time and avoid traffic!
